Privacy Policy
How we handle & look after your data
Here at Relationship First Law, we take your privacy seriously and want you to know how we collect, use, and protect your data. This policy applies to our website and any personal data we process in relation to your interaction and business with us.

What Information We Collect
We only collect the information we need to run our business effectively. This may include:
-
Business Information – Your company name, business address, and registration details.
-
Contact Information – Names, email addresses, and phone numbers of key contacts at your business.
-
Order Details – What you buy from us, payment history, and delivery information.
-
Website Usage Data – Basic info on how you interact with our site (e.g., pages visited, time spent browsing), collected via cookies.
We also use cookies to improve your experience on this website. You can manage cookie settings in your browser.

We will also need to collect any questions, responses and other information you provide in using our “AI Andrew” service.
How We Use Your Information
We only use your data for legitimate business purposes, including:
-
Processing Orders – Managing and fulfilling your purchases.
-
Customer Support – Answering queries, providing service updates and resolving any issues or disputes that may come up.
-
Legal & Compliance – Ensuring our transactions and business operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
-
Marketing (Just a Little) – We may send you occasional updates or offers, but you can opt out of those at any time.
We use the questions, responses and other information you provide in using our “AI Andrew” service in order to provide responses to you.
But we can assure you that we will never, ever sell any data that you provide to us.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We only keep your data for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected—whether that’s processing an order, complying with legal obligations, or resolving issues.

To determine the period that is “reasonably necessary”, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.

Please note that, by law, we have to keep certain basic information about our customers for six years for tax and accounting purposes.

Once we no longer need your data, we securely delete or anonymise it. We may, though, retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.

How We Protect Your Data
We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure, including:
-
Holding everything in the cloud with much larger providers who all use using encryption and secure servers,
-
Not storing anything on local devices, to avoid the risk of those devices getting lost
-
Restricting access to our systems to authorised personnel only; and
-
Regularly reviewing our security measures.
Who We Share Your Data With
We don’t sell your data—ever. But, where necessary, we may share it with:
-
Payment Processors – To handle transactions securely.
-
Delivery Partners – To get your orders to you and to provide you with responses when you use our ‘AI Andrew’ service.
-
Regulatory Authorities – If required by law.
Your Rights
You have rights over your data, including the right to:
-
Access – Ask us what we hold about you.
-
Correction – Request a fix if anything’s inaccurate.
-
Deletion – In some cases, ask us to erase your data.
-
Objection – Opt out of marketing communications.
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or alternatively may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
To exercise any of those rights, email us at andrew@relationshipfirstlaw.com.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is just a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, so check back if you’re curious.
